Choosing the right size can be difficult no matter where you buy your clothes but at The Pigeon and The Wolf I make it as easy as possible for you to select the right size whatever you choose from our capsule collection. I have a size guide available with measurements you can refer to for both children’s and womenswear.

Please note that the Lupa dungarees are sized generously, you can roll them up or roll them down to create a style as individual as you. I’m always happy to adjust the length as well as discuss custom orders with you, simply use the contact page.

Exchanges

All items are made to order with a 2 to 3 week turnaround unless otherwise stated at the time you ordered. Please check your order details, particularly sizes, carefully before purchasing as unfortunately I don’t accept returns. I’ll only offer an exchange on garments if they are returned unworn in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order clearly stating your reason for the exchange and take into consideration that it will take up to another 2-3 weeks to process as a new item will need to be made in its place.

If an item is faulty please contact me within 14 days and a replacement can be remade if the garment is unworn.

As I only keep in stock the fabric I need, please be aware I may not have the fabric you want available if an exchange is required. If this happens, I’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Please note that The Pigeon and The Wolf is not responsible for the postage costs for faulty items or exchanges.
